30 day money back on all unopened and unused products after payment has been received and product has been delivered. Products that a customer Bought in their own error or decides they no longer want the product will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Orders that are shipped in error by Happy Buddha Organics, Happy Buddha Organics will be responsible for the shipping costs of the correct product & the return cost of the item in error. If the customer decides they no longer want the replacement order shipped to them, then Happy Buddha Organics will be responsible for refunding the cost of the goods and the shipping charges that the customer paid.
Returned goods after the 30 days
if a customer would like to return an unused and undamaged product after the 30 days, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and will get a store credit of 20-50% of the values of the product. This will be on a Case to Case basis& Happy Buddha Organics reserves the right to refuse any return requests past the 30 days.
Lost or stolen goods during shipping
Happy Buddha Organics will not be responsible for lost or stolen goods during transport.
Damaged goods during transport.
Happy Buddha Organics will not be responsible for damaged products during transport. Happy Buddha will review each case to see if we can help with discounts or store credits. The extra shipping charges being the responsibility of the customer to receive the new package. If Happy Buddha Organics is at fault for bad packaging we will replace the item at our expense, shipping costs included.
